Shipping & Returns


We do our best to ship all in-stock orders within four business days, if not sooner. We do not ship over the weekend or on holidays. Our standard ship method is UPS SurePost so the final delivery is done by the United States Postal Service. Transit times are based on your distance from our warehouse in Durham, NC and will arrive within 5-11 business days. Shipping is available within the 48 Contiguous States only. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the other US territories. No international orders are accepted. To inquire about the status of your shipment, contact Customer Service.


Are you a business? Take advantage of our customer discounts and tax exemption status by setting up an account with us! DryGuy accepts returns of all products purchased within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please send the product to the address below with a copy of your original order information or receipt, and a brief note that includes your contact information. If the item was purchased directly from our site, please allow 3-4 weeks from receipt and processing for a refund to be issued back onto your credit card. If the product was purchased from a third party, please allow 8-10 weeks from when our facility receives the package for processing.

Implus LLC does not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges being sent back to our facility.
